摘要
在硅酮密封胶配方中填充白油将严重影响其耐老化性能,给实际工程带来质量隐患。采用厚度为10~15丝的PE膜,在室温下打胶24 h后进行观察,可以有效判断硅酮密封胶中是否填充了白油。该方法准确率高、操作简便,是在没有试验设备的情况下判断硅酮密封胶是否添加白油的既简便、又科学的方法。
Adding white oil in the formula of silicone sealant severely affects the aging performance of the final product, and this will bring potential quality problems to practical projects. Whether white oil is added in silicone sealant can be identified through the observation of PE film of 100-150 microns thickness 24 hours after being coated with the sealant at ambient temperature. This method has the advantages of high accuracy and easy operation, and it is a convenient and scientific way to judging if white oil is added in silicone sealant or not.
