摘要
建立学分银行体系是建设学习型社会的重要措施,是搭建终身学习"立交桥"的重要途径。文章主要通过区域学分银行体系的研究,构建了区域学分银行体系的组织框架,在学员注册、学分转换、学分管理、开发平台等方面进行了系统分析,为我国区域学分银行制度建设提供一定借鉴意义。
The establishment of credit bank system is an important measure to build a learning society and an important way to build ＂Overpass＂ for lifelong learning. Through the study of the regional credit bank system, this paper constructs the organizational framework of the regional credit bank system, and makes a systematic analysis in the aspects of student registration, credit conversion, credit management and development platform, which will provide some reference for the construction of the regional credit bank system in China.
