摘要
目的探讨风湿科多学科诊疗中心(MDT)专科护士的工作体验和需求。方法采用现象学研究方法,深入访谈上海市某三级综合性医院风湿科MDT中心的8名专科护士,并用Colaizzi 7步分析法分析资料。结果风湿科MDT诊疗中心专科护士工作体验提炼为6个主题:专科护士在MDT诊疗中心的工作范畴、认识自我价值、社会系统支持、人际关系、专科培训需求、完善绩效考核方法。结论应尽快建立完善的风湿科专科护理行业规范和专科护士培养方法,合理构建和完善绩效考核机制,为风湿科专科护士培养、工作及发展过程提供必要支持。
Objective To explore the work experience and needs of specialist nurses in multi-disciplinary （MDT）medical center of rheumatism. Methods The phenomenological method was used to interview 8 specialist nurses form MDT medical center of rheumatism in a tertiary general hospital in Shanghai. The Colaizzi＇s 7-step analysis was used to analyze the qualitative data. Results The work experience of specialist nurses in MDT center was refined into six themes： the role of specialist nurses in MDT team, self-awareness, social support system, interpersonal relationship, specialist training needs and improvement of performance appraisal methods. Conclusion It is necessary to establish and perfect the professional standards and training methods of rheumatology specialist nurses as soon as possible, rationally construct and perfect the performance appraisal mechanism, and provide necessary support for the training, work and development of rheumatology specialist nurses.
