摘要
目的探究磁性理念结合JCI标准在手术室优质护理中的应用效果。方法随机选取2017年1月—2018年5月在该院行手术治疗的患者共50例,分为观察组与对照组,每组例数为25例,对照组采用手术室优质护理干预,观察组在对对照组基础上加用磁性理念结合JCI标准。分别观察两组患者总满意度、总依从性、手术室医生对两组护理人员工作评分。结果观察组总满意度、总依从性均高于对照组(88.00%vs 64.00%;96.00%vs 72.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ~2=3.947,5.357,P<0.05);观察组与手术医生配合度、护理人员服务态度、手术室物品准备齐全、手术室环境保持度评分均高于对照组[(86.32±1.65)vs(71.95±1.22);(93.32±1.79)vs(79.57±1.99);(92.11±1.46)vs(81.64±1.32);(91.52±1.22)vs (69.32±1.63)分],差异有统计学意义(χ~2=22.144,16.245,=16.821,34.481,P<0.05)。结论与单一在手术室中使用优质护理干预相比,加用磁性理念结合JCI标准措施,不仅利于提升患者临床治疗依从性,以及对该院医疗服务满意度,更利于提高护理人员工作质量。该护理模式具有独特的临床优势,值得临床进一步推广应用。
Objective To explore the application effect of magnetic concept combined with JCI standard in high quality nursing in operating room. Methods A total of 50 patients who underwent surgery in the hospital from January 2017 to May 2018 were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The number of cases in each group was 25. The control group was treated with high quality nursing intervention in the operating room. The group added a magnetic concept to the JCI standard based on the control group. The total satisfaction, total compliance, and operating room doctors＂ scores of the two groups of nursing staff were observed separately. Results The total satisfaction and total compliance of the observa- tion group were higher than those of the control group （88.00% vs 64.00%; 96.00% vs 72.00%）. The difference was （X2= 3.947,5.357,P〈0.05）. The degree of cooperation between the observation group and the surgeon, the attitude of the nursing staff, the preparation of the operating room, and the environmental retention of the operating room were higher than those of the control group [（86.32±1.65）points vs （71.95±1.22）points; （93.32±1.79）points vs （79.57±1.99）points; （92.11±1.46） points vs（81.64±1.32）points; （91.52±1.22）points vs（69.32±1.63）points], the difference was （X2=22.144, P〈0.05; X2=16.245, P〈0.05; X2=16.821, P〈0.05; X2=34.481, P〈0.05）. Conclusion Compared with the single use of high-quality nursing intervention in the operating room, the addition of the magnetic concept combined with the JCI standard measures is not only conducive to improving the patient＇s clinical treatment compliance, but also to the satisfaction of the hospital＇s medical services, and is more conducive to improving the quality of nursing staff. This nursing model has unique clinical advantages and is worthy of further clinical application.
