摘要
南京市某污水干管工程采用顶管法施工,管道终点需接入污水处理厂内一高水位运行的进水井,且井壁未事先预留接入洞口。针对如何稳定进水井井内水流、平衡水压、保证顶管安全进洞、水下洞口破除以及洞口处理等施工难题,采取了在进水井内设置钢围堰围护、进水井外新增工作井兼作顶管接收井及井壁洞口破除工作面、进水井外注水平衡井内水压、水下破除和处理洞口等关键技术,解决了一系列施工难点,保证了工程质量和施工安全。
The pipe jacking method is used in a sewage pipe project in Nanjing. The end point of the pipeline needs to be connected to the inlet well with high water level in the sewage treatment plant, and the well wall is not reserved to access the entrance. In order to stabilize the flow and water pressure, ensure the smooth entry of pipe jacking machine, ensure the construction of underwater demolition of openings and the smooth handling of the hole, the key construction technologies are taken, such as setting steel cofferdam for retaining in inlet well, setting new working well outside the water well as the pipe jacking receiving well and breaking working face of the borehole wall, injecting water to balance well water pressure, underwater breaking and handling of openings, and so on, which solve a series of difficult problems in construction, guarantee the quality of the project and construction safety.
