摘要
以上海市中山医院综合楼深基坑工程为例,介绍了逆作法施工技术在该工程中的应用。详细介绍了地下连续墙的垂直度控制、防止槽壁坍塌和渗漏技术,一柱一桩的垂直度控制技术,基坑降水,土方开挖,相关节点构造施工技术以及施工监测等关键技术。监测结果表明,基坑和周边建筑处于稳定状态,达到了预期效果。
This paper introduces the top-down method in the deep foundation excavation of Shanghai Zhongshan Hospital Building.The key technologies are introduced in detail including verticality control of diaphragm walls,prevention of slot wall collapse and leakage,verticality control of one column with one pile,foundation excavation dewatering,earth excavation,joints construction and monitoring.Monitoring results show that the foundation excavation and surrounding buildings were stable as expected.
