摘要
顶管施工中润滑减阻可有效降低顶机负荷,提高推进效率。选取6种聚合物作为泥浆性能调节剂,系统研究聚合物种类与掺量对浆液性能的影响。结果表明,羧甲基纤维素(CMC)、黄原胶和2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸-N,N-二甲基丙烯酰胺共聚物(AMPS-NNDMA)可有效提高泥浆性能。其中CMC能有效提高泥浆黏度,黄原胶能有效提高泥浆抗滤失性能,而AMPS-NNDMA的综合性能优良。
In the pipe jacking construction,the lubricating and drag-reducing injecting slurry can reduce the load of the jacking machine and enhance the propulsion efficiency. Six kinds of polymer were selected as slurry performance regulator, the influence of polymer type and content on slurry properties was systematic studied in this paper. As a result, carboxyl methyl cellulose (CMC) , xanthan gum and 2- Acrylamido-2-Methyl Propane Sulfonic Acid-N, N-Dimethyl Acrylamide (AMPS-NNDMA) can improve the slurry performance effectively. Particularly, system' s viscosity was enhanced by CMC ' s addition, while xanthan gum' s addition improved the fluid loss-resistance property of the system. And the system with AMPS-NNDMA' s addition had an excellent overall performance.
