摘要
为探究体育舞蹈运动对青年男子体适能的影响,本研究选取16名正常青年男子作为受试者,随机分成体育舞蹈运动组(n=8)和对照组(n=8),进行为期9周的实验;体育舞蹈运动组每周进行体育舞蹈运动4次,每次体育舞蹈运动设置为3×10min,组间休息5min,对照组依旧维持原有的活动模式。研究结果显示,经过为期9周的实验,相比对照组和实验前测试数据,体育舞蹈运动组成员的体脂含量和皮脂厚度(胸部,腹部,大腿前部1以及收缩压明显下降;连续蹬车时间、闭目单足支撑时间显著提升;髋关节屈曲角、侧跨跳平衡得分明显提高;腾空距离无明显变化。研究结果表明,体育舞蹈运动运动可以降低青年男子的体脂含量,改善身体成分、降低收缩压、提高有氧能力和身体机能,增强人体平衡能力和柔韧性,对下肢力量增长没有明显效果,因此,体育舞蹈运动对青年男子体适能有显著的改善作用。
In order to explore the influence of sport dancing on physical fitness of young men, 16 normal young men were selected as subjects in this study. They were randomly divided into sport dancing exercise group (n=8) and control group (n=8) for a nine-week experiment. The sport dancing group had physical dance exercise 4 times a week, each time the physical dance exercise was set to 3x10 minutes, and the rest was 5 minutes between the groups. The control group still maintained the original activity pattern. The research results showed that the body fat content, cortical thickness (chest, abdomen, f^ont of thigh) and systolic blood pressure of the members of the sport dancing group decreased significantly after the nine-week experiment compared with the control group and the pre-experiment data. The time of continuous pedalling and the time of closed single foot support increased significantly. The hip flexion angle and side jump balance score were significantly improved, while the distance between the two was not significantly changed. The research results indicated that the sport dancing exercise could reduce the young man's body fat, improve body composition, lower systolic blood pressure, improve the aerobic capacity and body function, strengthen the body's balance and flexibility, has no obvious effect on lower limb strength growth, therefore, for the young man sport dancing movement fitness has significant improvement.
