融入舞动治疗元素的街舞对大学生社交焦虑的改善效果 被引量:1

The improvement effeet of street dance in corporating the elements of dance movement therapy on social anxiety among university students

摘要 目的 基于街舞元素的特点和舞动治疗的机制,将舞动治疗元素与街舞训练结合形成一套干预方法,并探讨其对社交焦虑水平较高大学生社交心理状态的改善效果。方法 将60名社交焦虑中高水平的大学生随机分为观察组和对照组,各30名。对照组受试者给予普通规范化街舞培训,观察组受试者在对照组基础上给予融入舞动治疗元素的街舞培训,每周3次,共计8周。培训前后,采用社交焦虑量表(SASS)、自尊量表(SES)、人际信任量表(ITS)及人际吸引量表(IAS)评估两组受试者社交心理状态。结果 对照组有2名受试者脱落,观察组无脱落情况。培训后,两组受试者SASS评分较培训前降低,SES评分、IAS总分及任务吸引、社交吸引和物理吸引分量表评分较培训前升高,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05或0.01)。培训后,观察组受试者ITS评分较培训前升高,且高于对照组(P<0.05或0.01)。结论 融入舞动治疗元素的街舞可以更好提高大学生自尊水平并减轻社交焦虑,可在大学中进行推广。 Objective To form a set of intervention method combining dance movement therapy(DMT)elements and street dance training based on the characteristics of street dance elements and DMT therapeutic mechanism and explore the effect of the method on improving social psychological state of university students with high level social anxiety.Methods Sixty university students with moderate to high level social anxiety were randomly divided into observation and control group,with 30 ones in each.Controls received ordinary standardized street dance training and observation group did street dance training integrated with DMT elements on the basis of controls,3 times per week for 8 weeks.Before and after training,social psychological states of both groups were assessed using the Social Anxiety Subscale of the Self-Consciousness Scale(SASS),Self-Esteem Scale(SES),Interpersonal Trust Scale(ITS)and Interpersonal Attraction Scale(IAS).Results Two students dropped out in control and no in observation group.After training,the SASS scores lowered,the SES scores and the total,task,social,and physical attraction subscale scores of the IAS elevated in both groups compared with pre-training,and observation group was superior to controls(P<0.05 or 0.01).After training,the ITS score elevated compared with pre-training in observation group and was higher than controls(P<0.05 or 0.01).Conclusion Street dance integrated with DMT elements can improve the self-esteem level and reduce social anxiety of university students and may be promoted in universities.
