摘要
【目的】采用中医传承辅助平台(V2.5)分析黎小斌教授治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)月经后期的用药规律。【方法】收集黎小斌教授临床治疗PCOS月经后期的有效病案,采用中医传承辅助平台V2.5建立病案数据库,利用该平台的关联规则Apriori算法、改进的互信息法、复杂系统熵聚类等方法进行数据统计和分析。【结果】共得到黎小斌教授治疗PCOS月经后期的140首病案处方,处方中药物使用频次≥45次的药物有11味,所用药物多归肝、脾、肾经,多用甘温之品。出现频次最高的证型为肝肾不足证。高频药物组合有10个,通过关联规则分析得到12条药物关联规则,衍化得到核心药物组合14个,新处方7首。【结论】数据统计结果体现了黎小斌教授治疗PCOS月经后期重视补益肝肾及健脾益气,兼以化痰祛瘀的用药特点,可为中医妇科临床提供参考。
Objective Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support Platform System（V2.5）was applied to analyze the medication rules of Professor LI Xiao-Bin in treating delayed menorrhea induced by polycystic ovarysyndrome（PCOS）. Methods We collected the effective medical record for PCOS-induced delayed menorrheatreated by Professor LI Xiao-Bin, and then established the medical record database with Traditional ChineseMedicine Inheritance Support Platform System V2.5. By Using association rule Apriori algorithm,revised mutualinformation and complex system entropy clustering,the medication rules were analyzed. Results A total of 140 recipes for the effective cases were enrolled into the analysis. Of all of the medicated herbs,11 herbs were used by45 times or more; the medicated herbs were usually sweet and warm, attributing to the meridians of liver,spleen,and kidney. Liver and kidney deficiency syndrome had the highest incidence. The results of associationrule analysis and cluster analysis showed that 10 high-frequency herbal combinations were present,and 12 herbalassociation rules were obtained,which resulted into 14 new core herbal combinations and 7 new recipe candidates.Conclusion The analysis results indicated that the medication principles of Professor LI Xiao-Bin in treatingdelayed menorrhea induced by PCOS are tonifying liver-kidney and strengthening spleen-Qi, assisting withresolving phlegm and removing blood stasis. The medication rules will supply evidence for the gynecology clinics of traditional Chinese medicine.
