摘要
目的采用中医传承辅助平台探讨王琛教授治疗慢性肾衰竭的用药规律。方法收集王琛教授临床治疗慢性肾衰竭的有效病案,采用中医传承辅助平台V2. 5建立病案数据库,利用该平台的关联规则分析、改进的互信息法、复杂系统熵聚类等方法进行数据统计和分析。结果此研究纳入处方120首。分析结果显示,药物使用频次≥30次的药物有24味,频率≥55次的高频药物组合有20组,置信度≥0. 98的药物组合有12组,衍化得到新方7首。结论分析数据统计结果得出王琛教授治疗慢性肾衰竭的用药特点为:(1)脾肾同治,阴阳并调;(2)清热利湿,泄浊解毒;(3)养血活血,通络化瘀;(4)固涩塞流,慎用滋腻,可为中医肾病科临床提供参考。
Objective Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support Platform System V2.5 was applied to analyze the medication rules of Professor WANG Chen treating chronic renal failure(CRF).Methods We collected the effective medical record for chronic renal failure treated by Professor WANG Chen,and then established the medical record database with Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support Platform System V2.5.The medication rules were analyzed by using association rule analysis,revised mutual information method and centropy clustering of complex system.Results In this study,a total of 120 prescriptions were included.The results showed there were 24 Chinese medicines with frequency≥30,20 high frequency drug combinations with frequency≥55 and 12 drug combinations with confidence level≥0.98.Seven new prescriptions were excavated according to the correlation rules.Conclusion The statistical analysis showed that the medication rules of Professor WANG Chen treating CRF are spleen and kidney concurrent treatments,Yin and Yang simultaneous treatments,clearing heat and draining dampness,expelling turbidity and detoxification,activating and nourishing blood,dredging collateral and removing blood stasis,consolidating and pluging flow,and cautiously using greasy and tonifying drugs.The medication rules will supply reference for the nephrology clinic of traditional Chinese medicine.
