摘要
目的研究伴中央颞区棘波的儿童良性癫痫(benign epilepsy children with centrotemporal spikes,BECT)患者心理理论能力。方法运用Yoni测验和眼区基本情绪识别对51例BECT患儿和51例相匹配的健康儿童进行心理理论能力的研究。结果①在Yoni测试中,BECT组心理理论总得分[(54.02±6.03)分]低于对照组[(58.04±5.41)分],差异有统计学意义[F(1,100)=10.34,P〈0.05];其主要为热心理理论能力存在障碍。②在眼区基本情绪识别中,BECT组在六种基本情绪识别中总得分[M(P25,P75):103(96,108)分]与对照组[M(P25,P75):105(96,110)分]相比,差异无统计学意义(z=-1.37,P〉0.05),但悲、恐[M(P25,P75):悲16(14,17)分、恐15(14,17)分]得分低于对照组[M(P25,P75):悲18(15,19)分、恐16(16,18)分],差异具有统计学意义[Z悲=-3.03,Z恐=-2.21,均P〈0.05)。③Pearson/Spearman相关性分析显示,BECT组患儿心理理论总得分与年龄、发病年龄、受教育程度、发作总次数、MMSE、数字广度(正序、逆序)、词汇流畅性、眼区情绪识别得分无显著相关性(r=-0.257~0.908,均P〉0.05)。结论BECT患儿存在心理理论能力障碍及悲、恐情绪识别障碍。
Objective To investigate the theory of mind (TOM)and eye basic emotion recognition in benign epilepsy children with centrotemporal spikes (BECT). Methods Totally 51 BECT patients ( BECT group) and 51 healthy controls( control group) were studied by Yoni task and Eye Basic Emotion Discrimination Task (EBEDT). Results ①Compared with healthy controls, BECT got significantly lower score ((54. 02±6. 03) vs ( 58.04±5.41 ), F(1,100) = 10. 34, P〈0.05 )) in Yoni task, especially in affective (hot) TOM . ②There was no significant differenee between the BECT group( M( P25 ,P75 ) :103 (96,108)) and the control group( M( P25 ,P75 ) :105 (96,110))in the total seore of Eye Basic Emotion Diserimination Task( Z= -1.37, P〉 0.05 ) , but got significantly lower score in reeognizing sadness ( M(P25, P75) : 16 (14,17) VS 18 (15,19) ,Z=-3. 05 ,P〈0.05) and fear(M(P25 ,P75 ): 15( 14,17) vs 16( 16,18) ,Z= -2.21 ,P〈0.05). ③ Pearson or Spearman correlation analysis showed that there was no significant eorrelation between the total score of TOM and the age, age of onset, edueation, seizure total number, MMSE, the Digital Span test, the verbal fluency test and eye basic emotion recognition (r=-0. 257-0.908,all P〉0.05). Conclusion BECT children have impairments in sadness and fear emotion recognition and TOM aspects.
