摘要
为探索特殊教育教师胜任力和心理资本对职业幸福感的影响,选取成都和重庆两地特殊教育教师268名,用特殊教育教师职业幸福感问卷、特殊教育教师胜任力问卷、教师心理资本问卷进行调查。结果表明:(1)控制教龄和月薪影响后,特殊教育教师胜任力对职业幸福感存在积极影响。(2)特殊教育教师心理资本在胜任力对职业幸福感的积极影响中起部分中介作用。以上研究结果对提升特殊教育教师职业幸福感具有重要价值。
This study aims to explore the effects of special education teachers' competency and psychological capital on their occupational well-being, based on a test of 268 special education teachers from Chengdu and Chongqing with questionnaires involving special education teachers' occupational well-being, competency and psychological capital. The results show the following: (1) With the teaching length and monthly income controlled, the special education teachers' competency had a significantly positive effect on their occupational wellbeing; and (2) their psychological capital partially mediated between their competency and occupational well-being. These results are expected to contribute to improving special education teachers' occupational well-being.
