摘要
本文在分析近年来我国关于教师队伍专业化建设文件的基础上,梳理了我国特殊教育教师专业标准制定的背景,归纳了《关于加强特殊教育教师队伍建设的意见》、《特殊教育提升计划》中关于特殊教育教师专业标准研制的政策要点,最后提出了建构我国特殊教育教师专业标准的设想。
This study, based on an analysis of govermnent documents on teachers' professional development in China in recent years, explains the background of the formulation of the standard for China' s special education teachers' professionalism, and summarizes the main points for the formulation of the standard for China' s special education teachers' professionalism in Opinions on the Strengthening of Special Education Teachers and the Plan for Improving Special Education, policy-related documents issued by the Ministry of Education. In conclusion, the study suggests establishing the standard for special education teachers' professionalism in China.
