风景园林女性本科教育阶段的职业素养调查与思考 被引量:1

摘要 风景园林领域中女性学生和执业者人数占比逐年提升,对学科和行业发展起到重要的作用。采用问卷调查及访谈的方式研究风景园林女性在本科阶段的就读意愿、学习偏好、专业认知及合作积极度与贡献度等特征,了解男女性在就业中遇到问题和展现能力的差异、未来职业发展规划、本科学习与工作衔接方式、从业人员看法等方面内容,同时将调查所得数据与男性学生对比分析。通过调查了解到本科教育对风景园林女性自身发展及未来导向的影响,并从学生自身、学校、社会等方面提出自我提升、针对性培养、改变部分观念等意见,希望促进风景园林女性发展。 The proportion of female students and practitioners is increasing year by year in Landscape Architecture, which plays an important role in the development of disciplines and industries. This paper uses questionnaire survey and interview to study the intention, study preference, professional cognition, cooperation enthusiasm and contribution of women studying at the undergraduate education of Landscape Architecture, to understand the differences of employment and ability between the sexes, the plan of future vocational development, the linking way of undergraduate study and work, the views of employees and so on. Meanwhile the survey data were compared with male students. The impact of undergraduate education on the development and future of female landscape architects is shown by survey, and the paper puts forward opinions as self-improvement, pertinent cultivation and changing concept from the students themselves, schools and society to promote the development of female landscape architects.
