摘要
目的:探讨短暂性脑缺血患者护理中应用个性化健康教育的效果。方法:选取某医院收治的短暂性脑缺血发作患者60例,将其随机分成对照组和实验组,每组均为30例,分别采用常规健康教育和个性化健康教育。结果:出院3个月时两组患者的疾病知识知晓率均显著高于入院时,而且实验组患者的疾病知识知晓率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。出院3个月时实验组患者的遵医行为显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:为短暂性脑缺血患者提供个性化健康教育,能让其了解相关的疾病知识,提高其遵医行为。
Objective:To analyze the effect of individualized health education in the nursing of transient cerebralischemia patients.Methods: 60 cases of transient cerebral ischemia patients who were selected in hospital, randomlydivided into the control group and the experimental group, 30 patients in each group.Respectively given routine healtheducation and individualized health education. Results: Discharged for 3 months,the disease knowledge awarenessrate of the two groups was significantly higher than that of the admission, and the disease knowledge awareness ratein the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference is statistically significant (P〈0.05).Discharged for 3 months, Compliance behavior in experimental group was significantly better than the controlgroup (P〈 0.05).Conclusion: To provide individualized health education for transient cerebral ischemia patients canhelp them to understand relevant disease knowledge and improve their compliance behavior.
