摘要
目的比较树脂超瓷嵌体与复合树脂充填治疗根管治疗后牙体大面积缺损的临床疗效。方法选取78例根管治疗后邻牙合面大面积缺损患者,随机分为树脂超瓷嵌体组和树脂充填组,树脂超瓷嵌体组共39例患者,39颗患牙;树脂充填组共39例患者,42颗患牙。分别于修复后6个月及12个月回访患者,并评价其临床效果。结果修复6个月后树脂超瓷嵌体组和树脂充填组修复成功率分别为100%、92. 5%,两组修复成功率比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。修复12个月后树脂超瓷嵌体组和树脂充填组修复成功率分别为94. 6%、73. 7%,树脂超瓷嵌体组修复成功率高于树脂充填组(P <0. 05)。结论与复合树脂充填相比,树脂超瓷嵌体兼具瓷和树脂的特性,能准确地恢复牙体形态、邻接与咬合关系,且美观性及耐磨性良好。
Objective To compare the clinical efficacy between ceramage inlay and composite resin filling applied to restoring teeth with large defect after root canal treatment. Methods Seventy-eight patients with adjacent tooth suffering from large occlusal defect after root canal therapy were randomly divided into ceramage inlay group（39 cases,39 teeth involved） and composite resin filling group （39 cases ,42 teeth involved）.The patients were followed up at 6 and 12 months after restoration to evaluate the clinical efficacy. Results After 6 months of restoration,the success rates of restoration in the ceramage inlay group and the composite resin filling group were 100% and 92.5% respectively,presenting no statistically significant difference between the two groups（ P 〉0.05）.After 12 months of restoration ,the success rates of the ceramage inlay group and the composite resin filling group were 94.6% and 73.7% respectively,and the success rate in the ceramage inlay group was higher than that in the composite resin filling group（ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Compared with the composite resin filling,the ceramage inlay,a combination of porcelain and resin characteristics,can effectively restore the teeth appearance and the relationship between the adjacent and the occlusion,having a better cosmetic effect and favorable abrasion resistance performance.
