摘要
目的:对随机人群307人的食物嵌塞发生情况进行调查,了解普通人群中食物嵌塞的发病特点并进行病因分析,为食物嵌塞的临床防治提供依据.方法:307人按年龄分为4组,采用问卷结合临床口腔检查的形式进行调查,对食物嵌塞患者的年龄性别分布、食物嵌塞的主要病因、患者文化程度及口腔卫生习惯、嵌塞部位、类型等项目进行分析.结果:调查显示食物嵌塞发病率为92.2%,40~59岁组发生率最高,为98.9%.引起食物嵌塞的病因多样,主要为牙周炎.嵌塞部位以磨牙间隙为主,嵌塞类型以混合型和垂直型嵌塞为主,水平型所占比例为9.7%.结论:食物嵌塞发病率高而治愈率低,其防治工作任重道远.
Objective: The aim of the present study was to interview 307 individuals and evaluate their oral food impaction condition. Methods : Interviewees were divided into 4 groups by age and investigated by both enquiry and clinical examination. Statistics was carried out to the results. Factors, such as interviewees' education background, oral hygiene habits, etc. , were investigated and analyzed. Results: The prevalence rate of food impaction was 92.2% , which reached the highest rate at 98.9% in the 40 - 59 years group. Despite many factors, periodontitis played the main role in the incidence of food impaction. Most food impaction happened in the interproximal of molars. The impaction types were mainly hybrid and vertical impaction, and only 9.7% was horizontal impaction. Conclusion: Food impaction was of larger prevalence and lower cure rate. Periodontitis played a promoting role in its development.
