摘要
目的:探讨铸瓷髓超嵌体联合根管治疗在磨牙缺损修复中的临床效果及其咀嚼功能情况。方法:选取2016年6月-2018年6月笔者医院收治的202例磨牙缺损患者。将纳入对象随机分为对照组和观察组,每组101例。对照组实施桩核冠修复联合根管治疗,观察组实施铸瓷髓超嵌体修复联合根管治疗。记录两组基本资料,比较两组治疗后修复效果、并发症及自觉修复满意度情况。结果:观察组总有效率(95.05%)高于对照组(87.13%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症总发生率(5.94%)低于对照组(14.85%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总体满意度(90.10%)高于对照组(79.21%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:铸瓷髓超嵌体联合根管治疗在磨牙缺损修复中疗效确切,可恢复患牙的美观性,增强咀嚼功能,且并发症少,患者满意度高。
Objective To investigate the application effect of cast porcelain endo-overlay combined with root canal therapy in molar defect repair and its influence on masticatory function.Methods Total of 202 patients with molar defect admitted to our hospital from June 2016 to June 2018 were selected.The included subjects were randomly divided into a control group (n=101) and an observation group (n=101).The control group received post-core crown repair combined with root canal therapy,and the observation group received cast porcelain endo-overlay repair combined with root canal therapy.The basic data of the two groups were recorded,and the repair effects,incidence of complications and self-feeling repair satisfaction after treatment between the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group (95.05%) was higher than that of the control group (87.13%) (P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group (5.94%) was lower than that in the control group (14.85%)(P<0.05).The overall satisfaction of the observation group (90.10%) was higher than that of the control group (79.21%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Cast porcelain endo-overlay combined with root canal therapy has a definite effect in the repair of molar defect,which can restore the aesthetics of the tooth and improve the masticatory function,has fewer complications and high satisfaction of patients.
