摘要
目的:探讨显微镜下附睾输精管吻合术围术期综合护理的临床效果。方法:选取44例择期行显微镜下附睾输精管吻合术患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各22例。对照组围术期采取常规护理,观察组采用综合护理进行干预。对比手术成功率、术后并发症发生率及术前术后患者焦虑抑郁评分及疼痛评分。结果:观察组手术成功率100%,高于对照组的72.73%,并发症发生率0,少于对照组的22.73%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后观察组焦虑抑郁评分及疼痛评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:显微镜下附睾输精管吻合术围术期采取综合护理可有效提高手术成功率,并保证患者预后。
Objective：To evaluate the clinical efficacy of perioperative comprehensive nursing of epididymal deferens anastomosis under microscope.Method：A total of 44 patients underwent epididymal deferens anastomosis under microscope were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,22 cases in each group.The control group received routine care during the perioperative period,and the observation group used comprehensive care to intervene.The success rate of surgery,incidence of postoperative complications,and anxiety and depression scores and pain scores before and after surgery were compared.Result：The success rate of surgery in the observation group was 100%,higher than 72.73% in the control group,and the complication rate was 0,less than 22.73% in the control group（P〈0.05）.The anxiety and depression scores and pain scores in the postoperative observation group were better than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The comprehensive perioperative nursing of epididymal vasectomy anesthesia under microscope can effectively improve the success rate of the operation and ensure the prognosis of patients.
