显微外科治疗梗阻性无精子症的研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 随着显微外科技术的普及应用,显微镜下输精管吻合和输精管附睾管吻合技术为男性不育的治疗打开了新窗口,使得术后复通率和致孕率都得到明显提高,现已替代传统的输精管吻合术和附睾输精管吻合术成为治疗梗阻性无精子症的首选方法.本文就关于显微外科治疗梗阻性无精子症的最新进展作一综述.
