摘要
目的:观察二草二皮汤结合推拿治疗肩周炎的临床疗效。方法:将80例肩周炎患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组40例,治疗组使用推拿治疗和二草二皮汤外敷,对照组单纯使用推拿治疗,两组均以10天为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程,然后观察比较两组患者的临床疗效,使用视觉模拟疼痛评分(VAS评分)及Neer肩关节功能评分对两组患者的治疗效果进行评估。结果:经过治疗,治疗组总有效率为90.0%,对照组为72.5%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:两种治疗方案均能缓解肩周炎的临床症状,但运用二草二皮汤结合推拿治疗效果更优,且该方案患者接受度高、临床疗效确切,值得临床推广应用。
Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis by using＂Professor Lou Duofeng Ercao Erpi Decoction combined with massage. Methods： Eighty patients with periarthritis of shoulder were divided into treatment group and control group according to random number table method, 40 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with massage and the external application of Ercao Erpi decoction. The control group was treated with massage alone. The two groups all were treated with 10 days for two courses of treatment, and then observed the two groups of curative effect, using Visual Analogue Pain Scale （VAS Score） and Neer Shoulder Function Score to Evaluate the Effects of Treatment in Both Groups. Results ： The curative effect in the treatment group was better than that in the control group. The total effective rate was 90.0% in the treatment group and 72.5% in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion：Both treatment options can relieve the clinical symptoms of frozen shoulder. However, the combination of Ercao Erpi Decoction with massage is more effective and the patients with high acceptance,clinical curative effect is indeed worthy of clinical promotion.
