摘要
目的:分析骨化性肌炎的影像学表现,提高诊断准确率。材料和方法:结合文献对6例经病理证实的骨化性肌炎的X线、MR片进行分析,总结该病的影像学特征。结果:骨化性肌炎随着病程不同,表现各异,早中期影像类似于间质肉瘤,中晚期类似于含骨化、钙化成分的肿瘤。结论:骨化性肌炎影像学具有一定特征,结合病程分析可减少误诊。
To analyze the imaging features of myositis ossificans and improve the diagnostic rate. Materials and Methods： We retrospectively analyzed the X - ray films and MR images of 6 documented cases of myositis ossificans, and reviewed the literatures. Results： The diversified findings were found at the range of course of Myositis ossificans. Findings on the early and middle stages were similar to that of the sarcoma, and findings on the latter stage were similar to that of tumors containing calcification or ossification. Conclusion： The imageologic features of myositis ossificans would have some extent characteristics. Misdiagnosis would be avoided when evaluated with the course.
