摘要
目的:建立伸筋草药材的质量标准。方法:对伸筋草药材黄酮类、三萜类及生物碱类特征成分进行TLC鉴别研究,并对具有抗炎及抗血小板聚集作用的有效成分α-玉柏碱进行了含量测定研究。结果:成功采用薄层方法鉴别了伸筋草药材中黄酮类、三萜类及生物碱类特征成分,其专属性强,灵敏度高;采用高效液相色谱法成功地进行了α-玉柏碱含量测定研究,重现性好,准确度高。结论:本研究结果可用于伸筋草药材质量控制,完善了《中国药典》中伸筋草药材的质量标准。
Objective:To establish the quality standard of Lycopodium japonicum Thunb.Methods:TLC was used to identify effective contents of flavone,triterpen and alkaloid,the determination method of α-obscurine which has effects of anti-inflammatory and anti platelet aggregation was established.Results:The components of flavone,triterpen and alkaloid were identified successfully,the content of α-obscurinein was determined,the method has a good specificity and accuracy.Conclusion:The method is suitable for controling the quality of Lycopodium japonicum Thunb,furthmore,improves the China Pharmacopoeia.
