摘要
目的:基于数据支持度和相似度挖掘《医学衷中参西录》药物的使用并初步探讨其用药规律。方法:将卷一至卷八治病方所使用的药物以Excel软件建立数据库并将其定义为规则,标准化处理后计算规则的频次和频率得到数据的支持度,继以SPSS软件进行关联规则分析和聚类分析并完成数据相似度计算。结果:《医学衷中参西录》共计34类治病方174首药方3首汤解和3种治法,用药共计174味合995频次;支持度最高的药物为白芍,次之甘草,再者山药;相似度由高到低居前4位的药对依次为乳香-没药、龙骨-牡蛎、牡蛎-乳香和乳香-龙骨。结论:应用数据挖掘方法可以初步发现张锡纯的用药使用规律,为临床提供参考,并期望张锡纯最喜用的白芍在临床能得到重视。
Objective: Application of Data Mining Technology to analyze the drug use rules in Yi Xue Zhong Zhong Can Xi Lu,the support degree and similarity of the data are mainly calculated. Methods: Brought into the medicine all used in Yi Xue Zhong Zhong Can Xi Lu from the first to the eighth volume,and then establish database based on Excel,the frequency of drug rules are calculated after standardized processing data,followed by association rule analysis and cluster analysis by SPSS to complete the similarity calculation,after define each drug as a rule. Results: There are 34 classes of prescription,174 recipes,3 solution of recipes and 3 kind of therapeutic methods,the drug has a total of 174 kinds and995 frequency; The highest frequency of the drug is peony root,the second licorice,and the yam; The four similarity of drug use from high to low is frankincense and myrrh,keel and oyster,oysters and frankincense,and finally frankincense and keels. Conclusion: The method of data mining can preliminarily summarize the drug rule of ZHANG Xi-chun,provide reference for clinic,and hope that the peony root,Which Zhang is most like to use can get clinical attention.
