摘要
目的:运用数据挖掘技术总结针灸治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的选穴规律及核心穴对。方法:电子检索CNKI、CBM、Wan Fang Data、VIP,按照纳入与排除标准筛选针灸治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的文献并建立处方数据库,利用Access2010软件、Clementine 14.0软件、Stata软件对其进行描述性分析、关联规则分析和聚类分析。结果:描述性分析结果显示,针灸治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎使用频率最高的前4位腧穴依次为足三里、中脘、胃俞、内关,胃经、膀胱经及任脉上的腧穴应用最多并注重特定穴的应用。关联规则结果显示支持度最高的为足三里-内关-中脘,通过聚类分析可得到12组核心穴对。结论:通过数据挖掘技术可总结针灸治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的选穴规律和核心穴对,为临床和科研提供重要参考。
Objective： The data mining technology is used to summarize the law of acupoint selection and the key pairs of acupoints in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis with acupuncture and moxibustion. Methods： Four datebases were electronically retrieved,including CNKI,CBM,Wan Fang Data and VIP. Screen the related literatures according to the include and exclude standard to establish the database. Access2010 software,Clementine 14. 0 software and State software was applied to conduct the descriptive analysis,association rule ananlysis and clustering analysis. Results： Descriptive analysis indicate Zusanli（ ST 36）,Zhongwan（ RN 12）,Weishu（ BL 21） and Neiguan（ PC 6） were the top four highest frequency acupoints. The Stomach Meridian,the Bladder Meridian,and the Ren Meridian were the main channels.Specific Acupoints were emphasized. The association rule analysis indicated the highest degree of correlation was among Zusanli（ ST 36） Zhongwan（ RN 12） and Neiguan（ PC 6）. Through clustering analysis can get 12 pairs of key points.Conclusions： The data mining technology can summarize the law of acupuncture treatment for chronic atrophic gastritis and the key pairs of acupoints to provide important reference for clinical and scientific research.
