摘要
介绍了离子色谱法测定水中氯化物的不确定度来源和各种影响因素的计算方法,最后得出样品测试结果为:C=(3.621±0.139)μg/mL,U=0.139μg/mL;K=2。各种不确定度分量中,曲线拟合不确定度是主要影响因素。因此,控制和降低曲线拟合不确定度分量,对于提高实验室的准确度有重要意义。
The sources of uncertainty and the calculation methods of various influencing factors in the determination were introduced during the course of determining the chloride in water by ion chromatography. The results were :C=(3.621±0.139) μg/mL,U=0.139 μg/mL;K=2. The main factor affecting the accuracy of determination was calibration curve fitting. It is significant to optimize the test methods and reduce the uncertainty of the curve fitting.
