云南洱海流域奶牛肠道寄生虫感染情况与原因分析 被引量:5

Investigation and cause analysis of Holstein cow intestinal parasite infection in Erhai Lake basin of Yunnan Province

摘要 为了解云南洱海流域(大理市、洱源县)奶牛寄生虫感染情况,试验采用饱和盐水漂浮法和沉淀法对洱海流域散养户荷斯坦奶牛随机采集的新鲜粪样83份(大理市31份,洱源县52份)进行寄生虫调查。结果表明:粪便样品寄生虫总阳性率为65.06%,其中吸虫卵阳性率为43.37%、线虫卵阳性率为28.92%、球虫卵阳性率为30.12%,感染两种及以上虫卵占28.92%,主要原因是洱海流域奶牛养殖户饲养管理水平较低及该地区适合寄生虫中间宿主淡水螺的繁殖。说明云南洱海流域荷斯坦奶牛寄生虫感染情况较为严重,需要进一步加强防控。 In order to investigate Holstein cow parasite infection in Erhai Lake Basin( Dali City,Eryuan County),saturated saline flotation method and precipitation method were used in this experiment for parasite investigation on 83 collected fresh fecal samples of Holstein cows from free-ranging farms in Erhai Lake basin( 31 from Dali City,52 from Eryuan County). The results showed that total positive rate of parasite was65. 06% in fecal samples,in which positive rates of trematode,nematode and coccidium were 43. 37%,28. 92% and 30. 12% respectively. Positive rate of mixed infection with two or more kinds of parasites was 28. 92%. The primary causes are a low level of breeding management of dairy cattle farmers in Erhai Lake Basin,and a suitable environment for the growth of freshwater snails as a parasite intermediate host in those regions.The results indicated that Holstein cow parasite infection was severe in Erhai Lake Basin of Yunnan Province and needs to further strengthen prevention and control.
