摘要
目的用紫外分光光度法对人参中总皂苷含量的测量进行不确定度评定。方法按照《GB/T 19506-2009》附录B的实验方法,对人参中总皂苷含量进行检测,建立数学模型,对实验过程中不确定度来源进行分析,并对各分量进行合成。结论实验室使用该方法对人参中总皂苷含量的相对标准不确定度为3.78%,误差范围小,结果稳定。
Objective to evaluate the uncertainty of the determination of total saponins in ginseng by uv spectrophotometry. Methods according to the experimental method in appendix B of 《GB/T 19506- 2009》, the content of total saponins in ginseng was tested, a mathematical model was established, the sources of uncertainty during the experiment were analyzed, and the components were synthesized. Conclusion the relative standard uncertainty of total saponins in ginseng was 3.78% in our laboratory, with small error range and stable resuhs.
