摘要
总结了广州市医务社会工作开展的基本情况,分析了其目前存在缺乏理论指导和实践经验、社会认同度和公众知晓率低、人才短缺、职责范围狭窄、专业化程度低、未建立完善的资源网络等方面的问题,并提出构建医务社会工作制度框架及体系、提升医务社会工作的社会认同感、健全人才培养体系、为医务社会工作可持续发展提供支持等建议,为广州市医务社会工作的健康发展提供参考。
It stuns up basic situation of medical social work in Guangzhou. Analyze the problems such as lacking theoretical guidance and practi- cal experience at present, low society recognized degree and public awareness rate, shortage of talent, narrow terms of reference, low extent of specialization, and do not build perfect resource network. It puts forward suggestions that build medical social work framework and system, pro- mote society recognized sense of society recognized, perfect talents training system, so as to provide support for medical social work sustainable development, and provide reference for healthy development of medical social work in Guangzhou.
