摘要
当前,我国医务社会工作由于有关部门和机构对其价值缺少认同基础,缺乏刚性政策、社会福利政策对其工作的支持,导致医务社会工作发展较为艰难。为此,相关部门和机构应当立足于社会工作价值目标的实现,将社会工作纳入现有医疗卫生服务体系,建构起医务社会工作者的岗位管理制度、以医疗救助体系为核心的社会支持制度和政府对于医务社会工作的激励制度,以此推进医务社会工作的平稳持续发展。
The thesis summarizes four aspects about difficulties of medical social work： lack of value basis of medical institutions; fuzzy function position; weakness of social support net; lack of motive, rigid policy, and social welfare. In order to accomplish value object social work, we should construct post management system;social support system of medical assistance;Stimulate the system of medical social work to propel sustainable development of medical social work.
