摘要
目的研究探讨甘精胰岛素联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病的疗效。方法选择2015年1月—2017年1月该院2型糖尿病患者60例进行讨论,把所有患者随机分为两组各30例,其中对照组采用甘精胰岛素治疗,观察组采取甘精胰岛素联合二甲双胍治疗,观察两组患者的治疗效果、空腹血糖和餐后2 h血糖的变化情况。结果观察组采取甘精胰岛素联合二甲双胍治疗后,观察组的有效率为90.0%,对照组的有效率为73.3%(χ~2=6.178,P=0.025),观察组发生不良反应的发生率为6.67%,对照组发生不良反应的发生率为16.67%(χ~2=4.075,P=0.037);观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白优于对照组。结论对于2型糖尿病的患者,采取甘精胰岛素联合二甲双胍进行治疗,可以帮助患者降低血糖值,增强治疗的效果,且安全性较高,用药后不会导致患者出现一系列的不良反应,值得在今后患者的治疗过程中应用。
Objective To study the effect of insulin glargine combined with metformin on type 2 diabetes. Methods 60 patients with type 2 diabetes in the hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were selected for discussion. All patients were randomly divided into two groups with 30 patients in each group. The control group was treated with insulin glargine and the observation group was treated with insulin glargine. Metformin treatment was used to observe the effects of treatment, fasting blood glucose, and postprandial blood glucose levels in two groups. Results After taking insulin glargine combined with metformin in the observation group, the effective rate was 90.0% in the observation group and 73.3% in the control group（χ2=6.178, P=0.025）. The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 6.67%. The incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 16.67%（χ2=4.075, P=0.037）; fasting blood glucose, two-hour postprandial blood glucose, and hemoglobin A1 were higher in the observation group than in the control group. Conclusion For patients with type 2 diabetes, the combination of insulin glargine and metformin can help reduce the blood glucose level, enhance the efficacy of treatment, and have high safety. After treatment, it will not lead to a series of adverse reactions. It is worth application of the patient＇s treatment process in the future.
