摘要
新型抗糖尿病药物主要针对糖尿病发生及发展过程中的一些重要环节进行干预,如:减少葡萄糖在肾脏的重吸收,从酶学水平、改善脂肪代谢、神经化学系统来调节糖代谢,这些药物为糖尿病的治疗提供了新的途径。
New anti-diabetic drugs are researched and developed to Interfere the important aspects of the cause and the the development in diabetes.For instance:drugs reducing glucose reabsorption in the kidney,drugs regulating glucose metabolism from adjusting the level of enzymes,improving fat metabolism,acting on neurochemical systems.These new drugs acting on special targets,providing new ways for treatment for diabetes.
