摘要
电磁除铁器是一种通过励磁线圈加直流电流产生强大磁场吸引力的设备,能将混杂在煤炭等非磁性物料中的铁磁性杂质清除,设计的励磁吸附装置采用三相电源经整流后送给励磁线圈进行除铁吸料,采用加反向电压产生反向磁场的原理进行消磁放料,除铁吸料和消磁放料均由PLC控制,同时,还具有掉电保护功能,提高了系统的可靠性,具有一定的实践效果。
Electromagnetic separator is a device to generate strong magnetic attraction through the excitation coil with DC current,the ferromagnetism impurity mixed in non-magnetic material removal,adsorption excitation device designed in this paper adopts a three-phase power supply for iron removal suction after rectification to the excitation coil,the principle of using reverse voltage generated by reverse magnetic field degaussing discharge,iron suction and discharge degaussing control by PLC,at the same time,also has the power failure protection function.
