摘要
设计了一种新型除铁器测试仪,实现了空间中某点的高度和磁感应强度的同步自动测量。该测试仪在硬件电路上以嵌入式微处理器为核心,集成磁感应强度传感器和超声波测距传感器,分别实现对磁感应强度和距离信号的采集与处理;在软件上对采样数据进行去噪和滤波处理。实验结果表明了系统的有效性和实用性。
The design of a new type of monitor for tramp-iron remover was present, it can obtain the simultaneous measurement of magnetic induction and distance automatically. In the hardware, the circuit of the monitor is with embedded microprocessor as its core, and it integrated with magnetic induction sensor and ultrasonic distance measurement sensors, the signal of magnetic induction and the distance can be captured and manipulated by the circuit. In the software, the sampling data was denoised and filtered by the grogram. The experimental results show the effectiveness of the design.
