摘要
介绍了RCBD系列隔爆型除铁器的结构特点及适用环境;分析了磁场性能、温升、周围铁件的干扰、物料厚度、安装方式等因素对除铁效果的影响;提出了设备选型、维护等方面的注意事项。
Structural features and application environment of the explosion-insulated tramp iron remover of RCBD series introduced;analyzed are the influences on removing performance by the characteristics of magnetic field,temperature elevation,interference from iron parts around,thickness of material and form of installation;matters to be considered proposed regarding model selection and maintenance.
