成年大鼠肾上腺皮质细胞动力学观察 被引量:5

摘要 目的 :观察成年大鼠肾上腺皮质细胞增生、衰老与凋亡的动力学过程。方法 :应用细胞生物学方法、衰老相关 β 半乳糖苷酶组织化学染色、增殖细胞核抗原免疫组织化学方法、末端转移酶dUTP缺口末端标记原位细胞凋亡检测方法观察成年健康大鼠肾上腺组织。结果 :成年大鼠肾上腺被膜、皮质球状带、束状带、网状带细胞均呈现多种无丝分裂像 ;衰老细胞以球状带和网状带较多 ;肾上腺被膜、球状带和网状带均可见增殖细胞核抗原阳性细胞 ;肾上腺皮质球状带和网状带均有细胞凋亡 ,束状带偶见增殖细胞和凋亡细胞。结论 :成年大鼠肾上腺皮质球状带、束状带和网状带呈现细胞增殖、生长、衰老和凋亡的细胞动力学过程 ; Aim: To study the cell dynamics including proliferation, senescence, and apoptosis of the cortex of adrenal gland. Methods: The methods of cell biology, senescence associated β galactosidase histochemistry,immunohistochemical staining of proliferating cell nuclear antigen,and terminal deoxynuclease dUTP nick end labeling in situ cell apoptosis detection were used to study the normal rat adrenal gland. Results: The results showed that various types of amitotic figures could be found in the cells of capsule, zona glomerulosa,zona fasciculata,and zona reticularis of adrenal gland. The senescent cells mainly distributed in the zona glomerulosa and zona reticularis. In the capsule, zona glomerulosa,and zona reticularis, there were proliferating nuclear antigen positive cells. The apoptosis was also found in the zona glomerulosa and zona reticularis, and proliferation and apoptosis were less prominent in the zona fasciculata.Conclusion: The zona glomerulosa, zona fasciculata,and zona reticularis of adrenal gland display a cell dynamics process of cell proliferation, senescence,and apoptosis. From the capsule to the zona reticularis, a continuous histodynamic system occurs.
