摘要
为加强羊奶质量安全监管,保障羊奶质量安全和公共卫生安全,促进河南省羊奶产业规范、健康发展,从养殖层面、行业层面、监管层面分析了河南省羊奶质量安全存在的主要问题,提出了加强养殖环节监管,强化收购运输环节监管,建立自控奶源基地,抓好龙头企业,完善标准规范,强化宣传教育等建议。
In order to strengthen the supervision over the quality and safety of goat milk,ensure the quality and safety of goat milk and public health security,so as to promote the standardized and healthy development of goat milk industry in Henan Province. In this article,the main problems in ensuring the quality and safety of milk were analyzed from the levels of production,industry and supervision,and some advice was proposed,including strengthening the supervision over milk production,acquisition and transportation,establishing a base for self-control of milk source, intensifying the supervision,paying adequate attention to the leading enterprises,improving the standards and specifications,as well as strengthening publication and education,etc.
