摘要
储热水箱是太阳能热利用系统中必不可少的部件。本文提出了一种通过加入相变蓄热材料改善储热水箱热分层特性并提高水箱效率的方案,在进口流量为1 L/min、3 L/min、5 L/min、7 L/min和9 L/min工况下,通过实验测得了水箱的热特性。实验结果表明,在3 L/min的进口流量下,水箱热效率最高,并且在流量小于1 L/min和大于7 L/min时,相变蓄热材料的加入能够提高水箱的热效率。
The heat storage tank is an indispensable component in the solar thermal utilization system.In the present study,the method to improve the thermal stratification characteristics and the efficiency of the heat storage tank by using the phase change heat storage materials was proposed.The thermal properties of the tank were measured experimentally in the condition of the inlet flow rate as 1 L/min,3 L/min,5 L/min,7 L/min and 9 L/min.The experimental results show that,the water tank has the highest thermal efficiency at the inlet flow rate of 3 L/min;as the flow rate is less than 1 L/min or larger than 7 L/min,the addition of the phase change heat storage materials can increase the thermal efficiency of the water tank.
