摘要
本文设计并制作了复合三水醋酸钠相变球蓄热器。实验研究了不同进水位置、流量和相变球数量对蓄热器内相变材料温度分布、热分层特性和充放热速率的影响。结果表明:充热阶段蓄热器进水位置在顶部有助于相变材料熔化,平均充热功率比采用底部进水时最大能提高39%。增加相变球数量有助于减缓理查森数(Ri)下降,并延长放热时间。放热时蓄热器的进水位置从顶部改为底部后,热分层更明显,平均放热功率最大提高了47%。
A composite sodium acetate trihydrate phase change sphere heat storage tank is designed and produced in this paper.The effects of inlet positions,inlet flow rates and the number of phase-change spheres on the temperature distribution of phase change material,thermal stratification characteristics and charging/discharging rates within the phase-change sphere heat storage tank are experimental investigated.The results indicate that during the charging phase,locating the heat storage tank's inlet at the top facilitates the melting of the phase change material(PCM),increasing the average heating power by up to 39%compared to using a bottom inlet.Increasing the number of PCM balls helps mitigate the decline in the Richardson number(Ri)and prolongs the discharging time.When switching the inlet position from the top to the bottom during the discharging phase,thermal stratification becomes more pronounced,leading to a maximum increase of 47%in the average discharging power.
