多跑道机场内多类型离场航班的调度建模与优化研究

摘要 国内外主要航空枢纽机场内跑道的不合理分配,造成诸多航班延误现象。针对这一状况,研究了多跑道机场内多类型航班离场的调度优化问题,以有效减轻机场场面负担,同时实现拥挤时间段内总航班的等待时间最短。根据机场内跑道起飞容量,相邻离场飞机间的安全时间间隔限制,不同航班的飞机类型及滑行距离,建立了基于0-1整数规划的多跑道机场内离场航班班次的调度模型,并根据拥堵时段的航班流量,在Cplex中仿真求出最优解。实验数据表明,与改进的FCFS策略相比,经该模型优化后,整个时段离场航班的等待时间会有显著减少,从而提高整个机场场面的运作效率。 In practice,unreasonable distribution of airport runways in China and abroad results in a lot of flight delay problems. This paper studies the scheduling problem of multi-runway airport departure activities,in order to effectively reduce the burden of the airport surface and achieve the minimum waiting time of the total flights in crowded period. Based on the airport runway capacities,safety time restriction between two adjacent leaving aircrafts and the different aircraft types,this paper established a scheduling model of minimizing total waiting time for departure flights in multi-runway airports based on 0-1 integer programming. Plenty of experiments have been conducted by Cplex and FCFS method,all the experiments show our proposed model can solve this scheduling problem effectively and reduce the total waiting time of all the flights,thus can enhance the operational efficiency of airports.
