离心通风机内部流场的数值分析 被引量:20

摘要 针对离心通风机内部流动损失大、效率低的问题,利用有限元软件对风机内部流场规律进行了研究。首先以风机ME103为例进行了进气试验测试,确定了FLUENT流体仿真所需的边界条件,运用UG软件建立了风机的三维流道模型,用ICEM软件进行了网格划分,经FLUENT解算得到了ME103内部流场的三维数值模拟结果;然后将ME103仿真流场的出口速度与试验数据进行了对比,得到了两者基本吻合的结果,验证了数值分析结果的可靠性;最后通过对工况流量与非工况流量下离心通风机内部仿真流场的分析,获得了风机内部流场的规律,提出了该风机性能优化的方案。研究结果表明:将进气试验测试与数值分析结合的研究方法,可以进一步阐述风机内部流场的特性,为同系列高效离心通风机设计及制造提供指导。 Mming at the problem of large flow loss and low efficiency in the centrifugal fan, the flow field inside the fan was studied by finite element software. Firstly, taking the fan ME103 as an example, the air inlet test was earried out to determine the boundary conditions re- quired by the FLUENT fluid simulation. The three-dimensional flow channel model of the fan was established by UG software and meshed by the ICEM software. The 3D numerical simulation results of flow field in ME103 were obtained in FLUENT; Secondly, comparing the exit ve- locity of ME103 simulation flow field with the experimental data, the two were in good agreement with each other to verify the reliability of the numerical analysis results ; Finally, by analyzing the simulation flow field inside the centrifugal fan under working flow and non-working flow, the law of flow field inside the fan was obtained and the perfommnee optimization scheme of the fan was proposed. The results indicate that combining the research method of air inlet test and numerical analysis can further explain the characteristics of the flow field inside the fan and provide guidance for the design and manufacture of the same series of highly efficient centrifugal fan.
