摘要
介绍了阶梯蜗舌技术,并将其应用于一种排油烟离心风机,运用CFD软件Fluent6.0对常规蜗舌和阶梯蜗舌蜗壳进行了二维流场的数值模拟,并作了对比,从而探讨了阶梯蜗舌降噪的机理。最后分别对两种蜗壳的风机进行了噪声和其它性能参数的测量。结果表明,阶梯蜗舌蜗壳是一种有效的降噪措施。
Technology of step-volute tongue is introduced and applied to a centrifugal fan for discharging lampblack.Numerical simulation of Two-dimensional flow field for centrifugal fans with traditional volute tongue and step-volute tongue is carried out via Fluent 6.0 CFD Software.A comparison of flow field of centrifugal fans with two kinds of volute tongue is made to reveal the mechanism of step-tongue denoising. Measurement of noise and other performance parameters for two kinds of centrifugal fan is made. The result shows that the step-volute tongue is an effective denoising measure.
