集流器结构对多翼离心风机性能的影响 被引量:18

摘要 采用CFD方法对 3种采用不同结构型式集流器的风机进行整机模拟计算 ,以考察集流器型式的变化对柜式空调用多翼离心风机内部流场以及风机整体性能的影响。第一种为出口截面直径小于叶轮内径的收敛型集流器 ,第二种为出口截面直径大于叶轮内径的收敛型集流器 ,第三种为出口截面直径大于叶轮内径的渐扩型集流器。研究表明 ,第一种集流器有助于提高叶轮对气流的利用率 ,并减小蜗壳内部侧的泄漏气流对主气流流动状态的影响 ;第三种集流器则有助于减小其背部的涡流区域 ;综合考虑上述因素 。 The effects of three types of fan inlet on the internal field and the performance of multi-blade centrifugal fan used in floor standing air-conditioner are investigated by using the commercial CFD code Fluent.The first type of fan inlet is the inward inlet whose exit diameter is less than the impeller inner diameter. The second type is the inward inlet whose exit diameter is larger than the impeller inner diameter.The third type is the outward inlet whose exit diameter is larger than the impeller inner diameter. Calculation results disclose that the fan with the first type can help to attract more airflow enter the impeller from the leading edge of blade and reduce the perturbation the leakage flow from the high pressure region inside the volute to the low pressure region near the impeller inlet exerted on the main airflow, the fan with the third type can help to reduce the 'inactive' separation zone existed behind the inlet of fan. After considering the above-mentioned factors, the fan with the second type inlet shows the best effect.
