摘要
目的 :研究人胎内耳中碱性成纤维细胞生长因子 (bFGF)的定位表达情况。方法 :合法水囊引产胎儿 1 0个 ,制备火棉胶包埋颞骨切片 ,采用免疫组织化学技术观察bFGF在内耳中表达情况。结果 :耳蜗毛细胞、支持细胞、螺旋神经节细胞、神经纤维均有bFGF表达 ,成熟毛细胞表达很弱 ;前庭毛细胞、支持细胞、上皮下组织和神经纤维均有bFGF表达。结论 :bFGF参与人内耳发育 。
Aim: To study the expression of basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF)in the inner ear of human foetuses. Methods: Ten legal human foetuses aged 9.5~29 weeks were used in this study.The celloidin embedded temporal bone sections were made and stained immunohistochemically with antibody of bFGF. Results: In cochlea, the hair cells, supporting cells,spiral ganglion neurons, and nervous fibers expressed bFGF distinctly. The expression in mature hair cells was slight. In vestibule, the hair cells, supporting cells,nervous fibers, and tissues under sensory epithelia expressed bFGF distinctly. Conclusions: bFGF participates in the development of human inner ear and has the function of promoting differentiation.
