转化生长因子-β_1在小鼠内耳发育中作用的研究 被引量:6

摘要 探讨转化生长因子 β1(TGF β1)在昆明种小白鼠内耳发育中的作用。方法 :运用免疫组化(LSAB法 )对TGF β1蛋白产物在昆明种小白鼠内耳发育中的表达进行研究。结果 :本研究发现在胚胎发育的第 15天~ 19天 ,TGF β1在耳蜗的感觉上皮、支持细胞、血管纹、前庭膜、螺旋神经节神经元及前庭感觉器官椭圆囊斑及球囊斑的上皮有阳性表达 ,而于此期间内耳上皮正处于分化发育阶段 ,螺旋神经节也处于分化发育阶段。结论 :TGF β1参与了小鼠内耳的发育过程 ,在此期间其对内耳上皮的发育主要起促进分化作用。TGF Objectives:To explore the role of the TGF β 1 in development of the inner ear of the mouse Methods:Studying the role of the TGF β protein produst in development of the inner ear of the mouse by inmunohistochemical technique Results:The TGF β 1 on coprotion was strongly expressed not only in the sensory epithelia and supporting cells of cochlea but also in the stria vasularis reissner′s membrance,spiral ganglion neurons in the period from E15 to E190 TGF β 1,on coprotion was also expressed in sensory epithelia of vestibular maculae and ampular crista in the same period The epithelia of inner ear and spiral ganglion neurons have differentiated apparently in the period from E15 to E19 It indiated that TGF β 1 had participated in the process of inner ear development Conclusion:The TGF β 1 may mainly promote the differentiation of the sensors in the development of the mouse inner ear It is necessary to study whether the TGF β 1 participates in the process of regeneration of hair cells in the inner ear [
