摘要
青海盐湖镁业有限公司PVC&钾碱厂固碱装置自从投料生产以来已连续生产数月,投料生产以来作为装置核心设备熔盐泵,该设备是高温状态连续不间断运行的设备,其介质温度能达到430℃,在其连续生产一段时间后就会出现轴承温度过高的现象,本应控制在70℃以下,但由于连续不间断生产无法给予降温,温度连续升高达到70℃以上造成熔盐泵跳停熔盐系统联锁跳停,严重影响我装置产能。
The solid caustic soda plant of PVC potash factory in Qinghai salt lake magnesium industry co., ltd. has been continuously producing for several months since its commissioning. Since the start of commissioning and production, the molten salt pump, which is the core equipment of the unit, has been continuously and uninterruptedly running at high temperature. And its medium temperature can reach 430℃. After continuous production for a period of time, the bearing temperature will be too high, which should have been controlled below 70℃. However, because continuous production can't cool down, and temperature rise continuously, once it's above 70℃ it will cause the molten salt pump to stop working and the molten salt system to stop completely, seriously affecting the capacity of the unit.
