将整个系统分为管道化溶出和熔盐加热炉两个部分,对每一部分分别进行了较为详尽的物料平衡测定和计算,并对两部分的热利用率和总的热利用率进行了计算,较为清晰地分析了各自存在的问题,提出了一水硬铝石管道化溶出系统的优化方向和节能措施。
The whole system is divided into two units of tube digestion and melted salt heater, For each unit it is made a detailed measurement and calculation on materials equilibrium and heat equilibrium, and calculated the heat efficiency and total heat efficiency. It clearly analyzes the existing problem respectively, and puts forward the optimization direction and energy saving measures of tube digestion system for diaspore.
