菱剑绸面料设计开发及性能测试

摘要 选用化学纤维涤纶作为经纬原料,以小提花作为织物组织,开发设计菱剑绸面料,并对其折皱性、透气性、硬挺度、撕裂性、强度等性能进行测试。结果表明,设计编织的菱剑绸面料折皱性能较好,经向强于纬向折皱弹性,平均可达到70°;透气能力较强,达42.27 mm/s;织物较挺括,并且强力较大,纬向的硬挺度比经向好;具有一定弹性,适合做服装外套。 Chemical fiber polyester was selected as the raw material for latitude and longitude, and small jacquard was used as the fabric organization. We designed and manufactured the woven Ling Jianfa fabric and tested its properties such as wrinkle, breathability, stiffness, tearing strength and strength. The results show that the designed woven chisel fabrics have good wrinkle properties, and the warp direction is stronger than that of the zonal folds and the average can reach 70°; the breathability is strong, reaching 42.27 mm/s; the fabric is more stiff and the strength is stronger. The stiffness in the zonal direction is better than the longitudinal direction; it has a certain elasticity and is suitable for clothing jackets.
