摘要
利用麻赛尔纤维优良的舒适性、亲肤性以及抗菌、易于加工等特点,将其与导湿快干涤纶丝交织,开发麻赛尔仿牛仔针织面料。重点介绍了平针衬垫类和提花类两种仿牛仔针织面料的编织工艺,并对编织过程中的张力控制、穿纱方式等进行了探讨。染色时,只染麻赛尔纱,让涤纶留白或轻度上色,在此基础上对前处理、染色、皂煮、固色、柔软等工艺处方进行了说明。结果表明:该方法得到的麻赛尔仿牛仔针织面料的工艺流程短、损耗小、成本低,且风格独特,是一款性价比较高的针织面料。
According to the Jutecell's characteristics of good comfort,affinity to skin,anti-bacteria and easy processing,this paper develops the one kind of denim simulated knitted fabric by using Jutecell and moisture absorbing and fast dry polyester.It mainly introduces the knitting technology of plain plated fabric and jacquard fabric,and studies the tension control,yarn threading and stitch density in the knitting process.For the dyeing process,Jutecell should be dyed thoroughly and sprinkly dyeing or slight dyeing should be applied to the polyester.In addition,it explains the pretreatment,dyeing process,soaping,fixation and softening.The results show that the developed denim simulated knitted fabric using the Jutecell fiber has a short workflow,small loss,low cost and bears a special style,which is one of the knitted fabrics with higher cost performance.
